Bound Books Get a Face lift


All of my published books are in the process of getting a face lift and the Bound books are in line to be done first. The interiors are being worked on now, new content is being added to Bound by Time, and both books already have beautiful new covers created by Katie Jennings. I am truly thrilled with these covers. It’s the first time I’ve actually been happy with them and I would like to spread that happiness around. So here is my cover reveal for the Bound books.

Parmesan Fish with Cheddar Biscuits


It’s recipe time! Today I’m serving up Parmesan Fish with Cheddar Biscuits. I know, I know, some of you are saying, “Ewwww, Talapia!” for reasons. Some may not like it for the taste, some may not like it because it’s supposed to be a dirty fish or some such. But, I’m feeding a family of seven on a budget. Have more money or less mouths to feed? Get another kind of white flaky fish that better suits you. Easy as that. Also, keep in mind that most of my recipes are geared toward the many mouths to feed around here (two of them teenage boys), so feel free to cut the recipe in half, or into 1/4, or 3/5, or 7/16, whatever floats your boat.

Parmesan Fish:

You will need about 8 fish filets. I use talapia, but feel free to use whatever white fish you want. I’ve never tried…
